Early 1976 Sunburst Ripper for sale

I would say this appears to be an early 1976 because of the riveted tuning pegs with slot screws. It also has the smaller burst with darker edging often associated with the earlier bursts. The original owner replaced the pick guard some time ago with a period correct one and it also appears to have had the 4 position numbered switch plate replaced. All electronics, bridge, nut, pickups, pots, rotator switch, truss cover and tuning pegs appear to be original. Also I would say the bass has been clear coated to bring back the shine as many owners do but no burst color refinishing has been done to the best of my knowledge. Overall it is a great looking and sounding collectable example of the 126 bursts Rippers known to exist.
